Juan Nunez is a local resident of Los Angeles who will be joining the team for his second Gift of Sight mission in Guatemala. The desire to help others and to put humanity first is something that has always been very important to Juan, and it drove him to choose a career as a surgical technician. He joined the Gift of Sight medical team last year and will be continuing his role as the surgical technician during this month’s clinic. Juan looks forward to keeping the promise he made last year to the people of Guatemala by continuing to help give the gift of sight during the upcoming mission.
